GRRRL Live  will be held in Las Vegas NV June 3, 4, 5 2022. The event will be presented by GRRRL inc. GRRRL inc, as well as GRRRL pte limited or any of its associated companies, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, or other consequential damages, whether stated in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, arising out of any acts or omissions of any person or company rendering services in connection with GRRRL Live 2022; any failure or delay or performance by any company or external Supplier; any failure or delay arising out of use of this website, including, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in transmission, or computer virus.

GRRRL inc has taken all possible care to present the event program as it will be delivered, but does reserve the right to make any changes it deems fit – or as dictated by the changeable schedules of speakers and athletes – to the conference program, including but not limited to presenters, presentations, topics, themes, and panel discussions. Occasionally speakers may cancel and/or topics may change and no guarantee is given that any given speaker or topic in the program will take place.

GRRRL inc reserves the right to change the conference location, day, and/or time. GRRRL inc will not be liable for any expenses incurred to conference participants from any such change, including but not limited to transportation/travel expenses, lodging/hotel expenses, and lost personal or business revenue or incurred additional expenses.

By registering for a GRRRL Live event, you agree to receive e-mail notifications about future events and conferences by GRRRL inc. You may “unsubscribe” by following the directions at the footer of any e-mail received. NOTE: We will never sell, share, or rent your e-mail address to others.

GRRRL inc reserves the right to use photographs of any event and any attendee in promotional materials.

GRRRL inc assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any event participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the event will be limited to a refund of the conference fee.

Speaker/Presentation Policy

GRRRL inc is not responsible for and does not hold the copyrights to speaker presentations.

GRRRL inc is not liable for any damages resulting from the opinions and ideas communicated during the conference among participants, including but not limited to speakers and attendees.

GRRRL inc is not liable for any conference participant presentations, comments, or remarks that might reasonably offend anyone.

Discrimination Policy

GRRRL inc prohibits discrimination against any and all conference participants on the base(s) of race, color, body type, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, reprisal, and where applicable, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, dysprosody (accent of speech), and/or sexual orientation.

GRRRL Live  presents a safe space for those identifying as women to hear, learn, participate and discuss issues that pertain only to those identifying as women. To ensure we can deliver our event and our content, we regret that our event must be available only to those living their life as a woman.

Video and Audio Recording Policy

GRRRL inc reserves the right to record video and/or audio and take photographs during the conference.

GRRRL inc reserves the right to make video and/or audio recordings and take photographs of the entire conference or part of the conference. GRRRL inc reserves the right to use photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of any event and of any attendee in promotional materials.

Cancellation Policy

We recognise that travel in these uncertain times, is exactly that – uncertain. In the unlikely case the conference is canceled, it will be rescheduled within 6 to 12 months of its original date. In the unlikely event, that the event  can’t be rescheduled, GRRRL inc will refund the full amount paid for tickets, but is not liable for any expenses incurred by the cancellation of the event, including but not limited to transportation or lodging related to the event.

If you need to cancel your registration(s), cancelling sixty (60) days or more in advance will result in a $50 cancellation fee (per registration) and a refund will be issued. If the cancellation occurs after April 2nd 2022 a $100 cancellation fee (per registration) will be incurred.

Additional information

GRRRL inc is only responsible for providing services of facilitating the booking of and payment for the conference and event package you have selected. GRRRL inc and GRRRL pte ltd is not responsible for errors or omissions in any printed or online material. GRRRL inc and GRRRL pte ltd disclaims each and every fiduciary and other duty that could potentially arise under contract, a course of dealing or otherwise and be owed to any consumer.

Disclaimer of Warranty

GRRRL inc and GRRRL pte ltd makes no warranty of any kind regarding this site or any of the products and services provided.

All products and services  are provided “as is” and GRRRL inc and GRRRL pte ltd disclaims any representation or warranty.

Force Majeure GRRRL Live pte ltd shall not be liable for damages for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control or the control of any supplier of the event with which you have elected to deal including, but not limited to, weather conditions, acts of God, force majeure, strikes, civil commotions, embargoes, speaker schedules, ticket sales volumes and wars or other hostilities, whether actual, threatened or reported, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of GRRRL Live pte ltd or any of the suppliers of the event.
